The discipline
Garages and utility rooms absorb everything a household or business cannot place elsewhere — tools, tyres, cleaning equipment, bulk shopping, laundry, generators, spares. Left unplanned, they turn into expensive storage for chaos.
A few weeks of properly designed work changes that entirely: a sealed floor that cleans with a mop, storage sized to what you actually own, lighting you can see by, and ventilation that keeps damp and fumes out of the house.

For most garages, yes. It seals dusting concrete, resists oil and chemicals, cleans with a mop and brightens the room considerably. It does need proper surface preparation and moisture testing first, which is why we quote preparation as a visible item.
